📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Tags, certificates (if any), and proof of purchase must be included.

  • The product should not be damaged, altered, or washed.

🚚 Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • Return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order separately.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
